Created by Ardor Learning for our own teacher employees, Ardor Academy has grown into a mission to serve teachers worldwide who operate at the intersection of online teaching and language training.
We hope that Ardor Academy will contribute to the development and betterment of a global talent pool connected to each other, and to resources and tools to make online language teaching more effective.

Everything about our approach to teaching and training is directed at improving learner outcomes and achieving results for our clients and learners.

Learning a language is an inherently social undertaking, and the human brain engages with language in unique and important ways. Because of this, our approach to language learning includes strategies that are highly specialized and may be different from the pedagogical approach used in other types of academic or workplace training.
Language learning is different from other types of learning.
Where some approach language learning as "fun" or look to gamification strategies as a cornerstone for learner engagement, Ardor Learning engages with learners in high stakes learning where results matter.
We won't try to tell you it's fun, and we won't offer up gimmicks that don't improve learner outcomes.
We will offer learning experts and tools to help you along the way, and we will do everything we can to ensure that our learners achieve their goals.
